Will lifting screw lock dumbells help you put on muscle/weight?
i am a guy and i lift 15kg screw lock dumbells, and i weigh about 67kg, will lifting these weights help me put on muscle/weight?
Are you only doing curls? You should do other exercises as well to work other muscles.
When you lift the 15 kg, how many reps do you do before your muscle can’t do anymore without breaking form? This is called “failure”. You should be lifting enough that you can only do 12 reps at most before achieving failure. If you can do more, add about 10% more weight.
But yes, lifting weights, along with eating enough protein, will help you gain muscle.
