What is the correct procedure for recharging a cars a/c system?
I have the hose with the gauge and the refrigerant but don’t have the instructions that came with it. There are some directions on the can but then it says to refer to the instructions that came with the hose kit,which I don’t have.
do you know if the system is completely empty, if so why. What type of freon? If you have leaks they must be repaired. If you are going to top the system the freon attaches to the low pressure side (cold side). If the system is ok, the clutch will activate when min. pressure is achieved.
