Is there any management of seaport terminal on SOT basis in the world?
Jetty and terminal already built now we want an efficient operator who will come with eqipments like ss cranes and RTG
and other tools.Operator will collect revenue from users and pay dues to the port authority.This is proposed to be done in a program of reform and privatization of management.The port is chitagong port of Bangladesh.I want materials of Supply Operate and Transfer method (SOT) to go through and also want to knkow the advantages and disadvantages of this privatization system.,
By your poor grammar, I’d say you’re not fit to manage this project. I’d turn in my resignation immediately for the safety of everyone involved.
